Our take on Dodo Power and Gas
Dodo is a budget play. Their energy prices are often among the lowest available, which makes them attractive for price-sensitive households. However, customer satisfaction ratings are consistently below the industry average, with common complaints about billing accuracy, long wait times, and difficulty resolving issues. If the absolute lowest price is your priority and you rarely need customer support, Dodo can save you money. If you value responsive service when things go wrong, consider paying the modest premium for a higher-rated provider like 1st Energy or Alinta.
